you can return the received goods without stating any reasons by sending them back
within two weeks. the period of time begins at the earliest on receipt of the goods,
only in the case of goods that are not suitable for parcel post, i.e. bulky goods, can you notify return by framing your collection request in writing, e.g. in a letter, fax or email.
to observe the time limit it suffices to send the goods or collection request punctually.
